**Royal Images Plus Booking Policy** Thank you for choosing Royal Images Plus for your event photography needs. To ensure a smooth booking process and provide the best service possible, please review our booking policy below: **1. Cancellation Policy:** - No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled event date. - Cancellations made outside of the 30-day window are eligible for a refund, minus any non-refundable deposits. **2. Rescheduling Policy:** - Rescheduling requests will not be accepted within 14 days of the scheduled event date. - Clients may request to reschedule their booking outside of the 14-day window without incurring any additional charges. **3. Booking Timing and Distance Restrictions:** - Events must not be booked within 72 hours of any other event with a duration exceeding 3 hours and a travel distance exceeding 2 hours. - This policy is in place to ensure our photographers have ample time for preparation and travel between events, guaranteeing the highest quality of service for each client. **4. Deposit and Payment:** - A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure our services for your event. - The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before the scheduled event date. **5. Changes to Event Details:** - Any changes to the event details, such as venue or timing, must be communicated to Royal Images Plus at least 14 days prior to the scheduled event. **6. Client Responsibilities:** - Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete event details, including the venue address, schedule, and any specific requirements. - Failure to provide accurate information may result in additional charges or potential cancellation of services. **7. Force Majeure:** - In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or emergencies, Royal Images Plus reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the booking. In such cases, every effort will be made to accommodate the client's needs. **8. Communication:** - Effective communication is essential for a successful event. Clients are encouraged to keep Royal Images Plus informed of any changes or concerns throughout the planning process.
